Refund Policy

• Edze Soft holds absolute and sole discretion and reserves the right to discounts and schemes offered by it from time to time for specific customers and clients based on specific dates or any other manner it had deem fit.
• If a customer wishes to withdraw from subscription the client will not be eligible for any refund of fees.
• Edze Soft reserves the absolute and sole discretion and right the to accept or reject any request for cancellation of the subscription fee.
• On any code of conduct violation or other exceptional circumstances, Edze Soft has the absolute discretion and the right to refuse service or terminate any customers from EDZE services.
